Pet Visits
Small Dog Visit
A 30-minute visit gives your small dog plenty of time for a potty break, fresh food and water, playtime, and one-on-one attention. Care is tailored to your dog’s normal routine, personality, and needs so they remain happy and comfortable while you’re away.

Cat Visit
This 20-minute visit includes fresh food and water, litter-box care, and personalized attention for your cat. Whether they enjoy playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, their comfort and individual routine will always be respected.

Small Pet Visit
Designed for fish, hamsters, birds, and other small approved companions, this 15-minute visit provides essential care based on your pet’s specific routine. It may include feeding, refreshing water, checking the habitat, and making sure your little companion is safe and comfortable.

Mixed Pet Visit
Perfect for households with a combination of dogs, cats, fish, birds, or other small animals. This 40-minute visit allows time to care for each pet’s individual needs, including meals, fresh water, potty or litter-box care, habitat checks, playtime, and companionship.

Add-Ons
Additional Pet
Add care for another pet to your scheduled visit. Select one Additional Pet add-on for each animal beyond the number included in the base service. Dog, Cat, and Small Pet Visits include one pet; Mixed Pet Visits include two. A maximum of four pets is allowed per visit.

Medication Administration
Select this add-on when any pet needs medication during the visit. Medication must be supplied in its original labeled container with clear written instructions. Administration is subject to prior approval and does not include veterinary treatment or medical advice. Select this add-on once per visit.

Dog Included in Mixed Pet Visit
Required when one or more dogs are included in a Mixed Pet Visit. Select this add-on once per visit, regardless of the number of dogs. All dogs must weigh 35 pounds or less. Mixed Pet Visits include two pets; select Additional Pet add-ons for any pets beyond the two included.
